In some cases, Sedans may not be available, and we will provide a complimentary upgrade to an SUV or Van. If a Sedan is essential, please specify this in the Additional Information section. Our booking system includes a provision to adjust the passenger number to reflect your luggage or space requirements. For example, if 2 passengers are travelling with 6 large suitcases, entering 5 passengers will prompt us to allocate a larger vehicle. While we prioritise premium vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, or Tesla, during peak periods or when these vehicles are booked out, we may provide reliable alternatives such as Kia or Toyota to ensure your private transfer is completed smoothly.
